Koh Yao Naga welcomes everyone, from complete beginners to experienced fighters.

Since opening in December 2025, we've supported fighters stepping into the ring around 20 times already. But our proudest milestones aren't only belts and victories.

Our youngest customer so far? A 4-year-old princess with a terrifyingly impressive left hook.

We've hosted adorable Valentine's partner training sessions, helped fighters prepare for title bouts, and supported Hyrox athletes pushing for personal bests. We've also provided a place for people to sweat out last night's questionable decisions.

So if you're wondering whether Koh Yao Naga is for you, the short answer is:

Yes. Full stop.

Eva knows better than most how intimidating walking into a gym can feel. That's exactly why hospitality was built into Naga's DNA.

And while it's true that the first blood spilled in the gym may have technically been Eva's, thanks to a tragic paper cut while unboxing new equipment, don't let that fool you.
