Complete beginners are very welcome at Koh Yao Naga. Many of our students have never thrown a punch before walking through our doors.
Whether you are stepping into a gym for the first time, returning to movement after a long break, or preparing for your next fight, our coaches will meet you where you are.
We offer both beginner-friendly and advanced training options, and class sizes are intentionally kept small so we can provide personal attention.

You do not need to “get fit before coming to the gym.” That is what the gym is for.
Everyone starts somewhere, and fitness looks different for every person. Our goal is to support your progress safely and at your own pace.

Koh Yao Noi is located between Phuket and Krabi and is easily accessible by speedboat.
From Phuket:
Take a speedboat from Bang Rong Pier. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
From Krabi:
Take a speedboat from Tha Len Pier or nearby piers. Travel time is approximately 30–45 minutes.
We are happy to help arrange transport or advise you on the easiest route depending on your arrival.
