5. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit.

Cancellations made [insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days before start] may be eligible for a refund; cancellations made later may not.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed sessions.
6. Facilities & Use

The gym, restaurant, and other spaces are to be used responsibly and for their intended purposes.
